Practice Schedule:

All runs meet at and return to the high school

Friday 8/12--4 p.m. at the track--paperwork meeting, stretch, light practice.
Saturday 8/13--Track at 7 a.m. Go to Snyder, meet up with Bradens and run Bussard, Rutledge, or Spruce/Ruby/Deer.
Monday 8/15--4 p.m. at the track--Run Burton.  Back at 7/7:30.
Tuesday 8/16--4 p.m. at the track--Run at Naples.  Back at 7.
Wednesday 8/17--4 p.m. at the track--run at the Refuge/Myrtle Creek.  Back at 6:30.
Thursday 8/18--4 p.m. at the track--run at Snow Creek.  Back at 6:30.
Friday 8/19--7 a.m. at the track--run Brush Lake. Work Fair Food Booth from 6-10 p.m.
Saturday 8/20--Assist with the Run for the Fallen. Practice TBA.

X-C Practice Schedule for 8/22-8/27

Mon. 8/22 Meet at track at 4.  Run at Snow Lake/Bottleneck Lakes.  Back at 7:30.
Tues. 8/23  Meet at track at 4.  (Naples crew can meet us at Naples course).  Back at 7.
Wed. 8/24  Meet at track at 4.  (Naples crew can meet us at Naples course).  Back at 7.
Thurs. 8/25  Meet at track at 4.  Run at Boulder Creek.  Back at 7:30.
Fri. 8/26  Meet at track at 4. Practice somewhere near town--Chicken Ridge/Wildlife Ref./Softball Fields (Or, TBA, practice at Naples with course cleanup/set up)

Sat. 8/27 Home meet at the Naples Course

     -Athletes need to be there at 7:30.  Varsity Girls race is at 10.
     -Parents/Volunteers need to be there at 9.

Saturday afternoon there will be a pig roast at the Cavender’s.  X-C team invited.  We’ll bring other items--details to follow.

Meet Schedule:

8/27--Bonners Meet at Naples.

9/1--Priest River at Priest River High School. 4 p.m. start.

9/8--Kellogg Invitational at Pinehurst Golf Course. 4 p.m. start.

9/10--Silverwood.  Go in the service entrance on the south side of Tremors.  Turn right behind the park and follow the access road north along the airstrip.  Races are Boys J.V. at 8:30, Girls JV at 9:00, Boys Varsity at 9:30, Girls Varsity at 10:00, and Citizens' at 10:30.

9/17  Farragut State Park.

9/24  Plantes Ferry, Spokane. The address is 12308 E. Upriver Drive.  It's in the Spokane Valley.  There's a map below.

11:30 Collegiate Men 8K

12:15 Junior Varsity H.S. girls 5K

1:00 Junior Varsity H.S.Boys 5K

1:45 Varsity H.S. girls 5k

2:30 Varsity H.S. boys 5k
